Software Engineer (3 Positions open)

Description:

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Candidate should be comfortable working in an application architecture that passes custom business objects to the client instead of DataSets Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more senior engineering staff.

Qualifications:

Experience in C#, C++, ASP .NET, ASP 3.0, Java/J2ee

Creating Winforms, User Interfaces for Data Grids and databases

MY SQL, SQL SERVER, write optimal SQL queries, AJAX, write code to interact with relational databases. Writing optimal SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers

HTML and web development tools like Microsoft Expressions

Experience with Infragistics tool suite is desirable.

Able to work in a team environment and employ best

practices at various stages of design and development.

Education:

BE/BTech, MSC, CS/IT, MCA

Business Development Manager

Description:

Sell software products and services for a leader in Business Intelligence and Integration solutions for the Semiconductor Industry. This dynamic Sales Representative is needed to work in North America.

Must Possess a 10+ year successful track record exceeding revenue goals in large-ticket business software sales, especially in the areas of Business Intelligence solutions, application development software, reporting tools, or integration software. A College Degree in a business/finance and/or technical discipline. Strong communication, and effective presentation, time management and organization skills.

Experience and the ability to deal with all levels of management in large organizations. The ability to understand how to pragmatically apply technical solutions to solve business problems complete with return on investment (ROI) analysis. Experience in identifying an opportunity, through qualification of the opportunity, to closing and negotiating final terms and conditions. The ability to maintain a high sales call activity, and strong telephone prospecting skills. Be an energetic self-starter and possess an excellent knowledge of the industry marketplace and business drivers.
